A plastic bag full of old and not longer relevant study books went to the recycling bin. A part of my past has been trashed, but I am keeping the memories and the knowledge. But I am sad..... :(7 -

@mtaratoot You are correct, my bad. I should have clarified that in my response as Ann already did in hers. However, the OP can still track fiber in her diary even if it is not a macro.1 -

@springlering62 Thank you for the information. I could probably have and enjoy 1/2 a bar as a desert when my lunch or dinner calories are in the lower side.1 -

I Google them and it looks that they have 300 calories each. Ouch, that is a lot; almost like my lunch meal. Maybe I Google the wrong one.1 -
