If you don't weigh/measure and log your food, you can't make an assessment. If your not measuring, you will be greatly surprised. Calories in, calories out.2 -
Re: P90 for beginner?
P90 is a good option for a beginner. You may not need to do A for 30 days and can move onto B faster. It is definitely not as intense as P90x and each is around 30 min.1
