Yesterday was my first day back to work after being out sick for over a week. I did a full 30 minute workout when I got home! It was really hard, but I made it through. Right back on track like I nevβ¦21 -

My antibiotics are working, and I'm starting to feel much better! Still not 100%, but getting there! Weighed myself today, but my appetite has come back in the last few days, so I'm kind of bloated. β¦6
