I am a long time member. I miss the personal blogs and the feeds showing friends status and posts but realized I can post updates here. Also my About Me has disappeared and yet it says not much happening here. Well that is because it has been deleted. So to start off I just retired and my 1st goal is to get healthier and fitter than I was able to get working fulltime. I have lost about 5 lbs, I had really gotten weak. Today I walked 30 minutes and I have been getting in more NEAT. I find it isn't so much how much I eat but what I eat that helps me and exercise helps too.

  @mmebouchon glad your migraine is better. We still have smoke here and I understand from British Columbia too, although we have our own fires in Washington.
