Screwed up my lifts and ended up accidentally lifting heavier than intended*. The surprise of the weight threw me off, but I got it done. As it turns out, it was a 3RM PR for me. 😁 Squats: 10x95lb, 3…6 -

Feeling excited about this... I am working towards my goals al of a 315lb deadlift. I am so close, I can almost taste it! Last night I did amap reps at 225 and got 13 - and they all moved so nicely!7
