For breakfast try cutting down to 1/2 a banana instead of of 2 whole bananas..820 calorie/ 79 sugar preakfast is ALOFT for 1 meal...& for lunch I believe 4 oz of meat would be more accurate vs ea…2 -

Also I guess I should add...My knowledge, from researching weight lose says- for breakfast to eat protein (which would be your yogurt) fruit (because it boosts your metabolism first thing in the a.m)…1 -

I think adding spinach still makes it breakfast! Just like how people eat spinach in omlettes..I think it's good to get your greens in when you can, so if you can sneak it in your smoothie- I say goo…2
