I will leave healthy gaps in my calories for the week, so I can have my long leisurely blow out brunches on the weekend. Sometimes I create those gaps by eating less, othertimes by moving more.1 -

I power-walk a mile in 10-15 minutes depending on elevation. If you're struggling why not try really fast paced walks and then build from there?1 -

Have you mentioned this to your doctor? Increased abdominal size which is unresponsive to weight loss along with your fatty liver, might be a red flag.9 -
