All I was saying is that if you’re trying to cut calories and don’t want to get rid of certain foods you enjoy and are still using oil, switch to the spray. Good luck to everyone on their weight loss…4 -

lol, not a blanket statement at all. Fat is 9 calories per gram... wouldn’t you rather eat your calories? I know I would, a healthy cooking spray is key to keeping fats in check.23
