I've lost 80 lbs and kept it off 17 months and counting, and I eat 70% of my calories in a meal an hour before bed. Eat whenever it makes you happy, so long as you stick to your calorie limit.5 -

Glad someone posted this. Me: 80 lbs in 12 months to reach goal, with weekly loss gradually decreasing, and since then have maintained goal for 16 months. 873 days straight logging. MFP and CICO rock!8
