Mostly Water is right. Food is fuel and that is all it should be used for. Psychiatrist will tell you that. Sit down and make a list of other things to do that don't involve food.3 -

Never heard of a problem like that. I because carbs cause your body to store 4 grams of water for every gram of carb, you might be very bloated and your skin is stretched taut so when you tough it it…7 -
