What if you get up, put your gym clothes on and then go to do the breakfast and coffee prep? You might be less likely to be drawn back to bed if you're already dressed.3 -

1st week: 4 days AF, 3 days A, a couple of drinks 2nd week: 3 days AF, 4 days A, 1 day too much wine 3rd week: 3 days AF, 4 days A, nothing excessive Rolling total to Sunday 21st = 10/21 days AF6 -
