Btw, you mentioned wanting to do fasted cardio. Go ahead if you want, but it makes no difference wrt weight loss. And if you can't exercise as hard, then you're worse off.4 -

It uses the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, based on the data you give it. Pretty standard stuff. Same as everywhere else. Whether you do IF or not doesn't matter.5 -

If you aren't losing any weight, you aren't in a 500 calorie deficit. Your tracking may be faulty, or you may be over-estimating the exercise calories.8 -
