Hip thrust is much easier with barbell, surely. RDL is better imo, since the hamstrings are being loaded while stretched, which is not the case with the hip thrust. Reverse lunges with db's are good,…1 -

Congrats on the great progress. I'd suggest get back to lifting at the gym. You don't want to risk looking skinny fat if you aren't lifting while losing weight. Also it wasn't focusing on the gym bef…1 -

Did the 680 include mayo/mustard packets or were they separate. But yeah, you could easily have 200 calories of bread, 200 of cheese, and 100-200 from turkey + tomato etc.5 -

Lifting doesn't burn all that many calories. I'm a guy, and quite a bit heavier than you, and I enter 250 calories here for an hour of lifting. Make sure you're fueling within a few hours of lifting.…1
