Good socks, dry wicking fabric, body glide. Also, I love compression wear- helps with long runs, etc, but it may help with chafing? Nike running tights are pretty great.1 -

Running. Core stuff. And a 1 mile fun run with my daughter today, so a little over 11 miles total. This is our 2nd run together. They beat all the half marathon PRs to the ground.2 -

Back to it today after taking two recovery days after the half marathon: 15 minute easy run 15 minute stair climber 30 or so min upper body and TRX stuff (20lb hammer curls today, yall. What!?!?)1 -

A rainy, hilly, messy, nuts half marathon. The weirdest one I have ever run. So tired, so happy, still cold.6
