Yes @marisap2010 don't use up all your accumulated fitness on a training run. Just do the same estimated effort, and don't worry so much about the pace. The pace will come on race day from your taper…6 -

@quilteryoyo I would tend to lean towards the longer race training plan (HM). It would make a 10 mile race feel easier if you were conditioned for the longer distance.5
