I needed a little PT today after yesterday's not-so-great run, so did 4 miles on the treadmill. Felt better afterwards.9 -

7 miles this morning. 'sneasy' (slow-not-easy) run. Should have been easy as it was 80 sec/mi slower than yesterday, but I guess I am just worn out.7 -
