Option go once a week check out the menu and you are still being sociable or have your dinner early but still go and explain not hungry but could still have light starter.1 -

Annoying folk leave empty bottles, I cringe when se fitness instructors giving high 5 I'm like come on lay of cheese.2 -

1- people spend more time talking than working out. 2_- Muscle builders who check Themself in the mirror. 3- folk take pictures themselves in changing rooms. 4- Some gym.instructors who swagger about.28
