Update 1st-3rd 2 min each day. First day was quite hard, out of practice, getting easier each day so may need to increase intensity next week.3 -

I'm in. I'll start with the 60 minutes. I plan to do a 2 min set each evening of 60 sec forearm followed by 30 sec each side. If this is too easy I'll change the 60 sec for 30 sec each leg raised.3
