Update 1st-3rd 2 min each day. First day was quite hard, out of practice, getting easier each day so may need to increase intensity next week.

I'm in. Was doing really well but started the self sabotage again about 6 weeks ago and have been almost doubling my calorie intake most evenings in the last couple of weeks. Need to stop or I'll need a new wardrobe again only bigger this time.

I'm in. I'll start with the 60 minutes. I plan to do a 2 min set each evening of 60 sec forearm followed by 30 sec each side. If this is too easy I'll change the 60 sec for 30 sec each leg raised.

On my bike ride into work today I saw 5 very small pukeko chicks with their mothers on the side of the road - little black balls of fluff. This is a photo off the internet - not one I took but they were similar in age to this one.

Yes x 3 today. It's my wedding anniversary so was touch and go as we started the day with a relaxed breakfast in bed and ended with dining out but managed to go for a walk around lunchtime and squeezed in a quick run before dinner (good job as I needed the calories)

Good day today :) Cycled to work and the sun was just coming up when I arrived. So nice to see some daylight as we approach the end of winter. Today for the first time in a long time I wasn't fighting the urge to eat all day. I basically ate what I'd planned and was satisfied. So an easy 3 yesses today.
