    Exercise: Yes - 3 hours of hiking, we have a big national park near my house and I hike there all the time.

    I got October off on the right foot.
    Went out for my 2000 climb.
    Unremarkable other than a motorcycle went by me on the way up.
    He went by me again on the way down.
    He gave me this sign of a fist in the air. I think that is a good thing.
