    Ugh, I'm taking a pass on the VERY FIRST DAY of the Challenge... wound up at a cookout where I found it impossible to eat well or even make defensible guesses about the calorie counts.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Y (goal is between 1200 -1500, was at 1307)
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Y (even my prescriptions/vitamins. I also drank 10 -8oz of water)

    Late check in as I couldn't get this page to load last night. I took the last few days of September off tracking and checking in. It was good mentally but I missed it! Back at it for October. Yes x3. 25 minutes of yoga.
