Echo you're doing really awesome. Your deficit is a little aggressive; 250 cal daily deficit for 0.5lb/wk is the rate normally recommended for the last 10. I realize if you feel it's too slow already…1 -

Never pondered it, but there is probably a good reason they're called "crash diets."2
