take in less calories than your body burns. That is it. Go with whatever MFP allows you for your calories. I know easier said than done but this is it.4 -

I came on here 8 years ago feb 11 at 40 lbs heavier. I want to weigh exactly 40 lbs lighter this day. So far so good. 199 lbs to 159 lbs. It feels wonderful.11
