I spent all weekend looking for jeans. They are all so tight on the legs all the way down. I did find Lees at Kohls which are not quite as tighht, didnt buy them yet because mine look about as good. Those leggings spoil us, so comfy.

I have had my weight off, 40 lbs for four years now so no one mentions it any more. Today I got 2 compliments. I was at a meeting and a lady said I can tell you go to the gym, you look so fit! Then at the gym a lady was talking about her friend and said she looks a lot like you, she is really small. Wow that felt good…

I was doing the same with pumpkin donut at Dunkin Donuts. Geez, every day had to have one. I gave it up completely, it took control of me, dont need that.

I am having my whopper. I take my low carb 45 calorie flatbread and just throw the burger and stuff on there. I tell them no mayonnasise but I get a small package and put a little on there. I do the same for pizza, rake all the toppings off on this low carb flatbread. I think it is the bread that gets to me, it works good…

I got a sinus infection and made up my mind not to overeat. I always eat when sick. Food takes my mind off my sickness. This time I said deal and took my medicine and ate healthy, eggs, oatmeal, soup.

I have to stay on MFP and log every day. I also weigh every day. 3 years ago I gained back 20 lbs after a bad flu, then I decided to weigh every day. That way this much weight could not get away from me, I see where I stand.

you look great, my goal was 155 and I made it there 1 time, couldn't stay there, went back to 160 but you may be different, anyway, enjoy where you are!

me too, I do better not to have sugary and fatty trigger foods. Once I moderate I am off and running with the sugar foods. They are sneaky, creep back in and I want them every day. I have to really really want something sweet and rarely have it. Thanks so much for these replies.

I want to be the same size in January, I have been known to gain 7-10 lbs this time of year.

yep, I believe that cortisol info, I always gain weight when stressed even if I dont overeat, then it comes off.

wow, you dont let anything hold you back. Very inspiring. Children, masters degree, lost the weight, you could have felt sorry for yourself and did nothing in life. Love this!

cold weather and I am missing my cinnamon buns. They come in a pack of 6 which is dangerous. I eat 2, give husb 2 and ditch the other 2, it is hard throwing them away. I mess them up a bit so they dont look so delicious. But it works. I can't even freeze them, I will get them out.

inspiring, I have been fighting with 5-7 pounds for years now, need to get determined like you. I lost 40 lbs like you about 10 years ago.

if we had self control we would not be on here, get rid of it. People leave it at our gym of all places, but they always have food there, maybe someone will give it to their grandkids or something.
