My friend did this and did really well. It is a bit strict for me but whatever works. I do low carb, 100gr or less and that is my thing. But I do have cravings at times.3 -

I cut my carbs. I eat 100 gr or less and it seems I am not as hungry. It worked for me. I log my calories and weigh daily. I lost 40 lbs.5 -

the last 10 pounds were hard, took twice as long as it did in the beginning. Also I seen my goal weight one time, I stay about 5-6 lbs heavier, just accepted it, easier to maintain.7
