I have done both also and I do low carb now, 100 gr or less of carbs and it works well for me. Lost 30 lbs that I needed and I dont stay so hungry is why I like low carb, hope to do it for life.2 -

I have lost 30 and my arms are saggy, I do weights but actually I think it is an age thing, we lose elasticity as we get older.2 -

Mine said 150 carbs daily, I ate 100 because I am doing low carb. MFP does it for you on the logging page2
