I am the same way. I have finally accepted the 99.9% of the time, I need to eat the "good" foods as I can't seem to use moderation.4 -

When I do those 12.5 hour shifts, I absolutely dont workout. I do try to take the stairs at work when I can. It can be difficult to get more exercise in when working such long hours with that commute…1 -
