I would go for A personally. If I'm under maintenance then I have no problem splurging a little bit. I know my weight loss may be a little slower, but that's okay for my goals.3 -

My guess is that they're disagreeing with cutting carbs and sugar, as this has no direct effect on weight loss if you're in a calorie deficit. All that matter is the deficit for weight loss.8 -

What is your rate of loss? For somebody only looking to lose about 24 pounds, you might want to consider setting a 0.5 lb/week. That will allow you to eat more food.16 -

I switched from yogurt to oatmeal for breakfast for about a week and I became RAVENOUS for the entirety of the day after eating my oatmeal. I don't know if it was the decrease in protein for that one…2
