I can burn 300 plus calories with about 12-15 minutes of actual work. I absolutely hate steady state cardio. So HIIT works better for me, and doesn't take a lot of time.1 -

A battle rope is great for not much money, and very versatile. Also, TRX bands are another great piece of equipment.3 -
