I get up at 0500, because I don't have time after work with having a Todler.

I believe without a doubt it was man made and intentionally released.

A good weight training program is more beneficial in my opinion.
-
I can burn 300 plus calories with about 12-15 minutes of actual work. I absolutely hate steady state cardio. So HIIT works better for me, and doesn't take a lot of time.
-
My opinion, that is too much.
-
You need resistance.
-
Tractor tire, sled, battle rope, Kettlebell, slam ball to name a few. You can do a lot with those few items.

Whenever you have the time.

I weight training Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday are cardio days. My weight training consist of a Bench, Swuat, and Deaslift focused day. My cardio is based off of circuits using implements such a tire, battle rope, etc. I also have degenerative back disease, and bad knees. I find lifting…

Under armour also make some great base layers in their cold gear line.

Added a Rogue plate tree last week. Next will probably be a sand bag.

10 battle rope slams 5 tire deadlifts Tire farmers carry 20 ft. 5 tire deadlifts Sled push 20 ft. Tire flip 20 ft. 10 pushups 7 rounds

Number one is having a program to follow. That way you know what to do, and don't waste time. Plus it will help with your progession.

A battle rope is great for not much money, and very versatile. Also, TRX bands are another great piece of equipment.

Just make a spreadsheet?

Common sense is good hygiene. I see people touch the keypad at a store, who has been touched by how many people, and not sanitized. Then touch their faces to remove their mask. A long with door handles, bags, etc. How many do you think sanitize? Or think about cross contamination? That's the real problem. The solution…

So, wearing masks is going to make the virus magically disappear? People should wear masks during Flu season, maybe the Flu virus will go away.
-
I'm pretty sure I had it back in February. Yes, if one of us were to get sick, we would stay home. Like I said, common sense. I don't believe in thin paper masks. I don't believe in everyone just staying home. The virus is not going away.
-
I started going back to the gym in July. I don't wear a mask. I use common sense and wipe everything down, like I did before. My family and I go out to eat as well. If the establishment didn't require a mask, I wouldn't wear one. The virus is not going away, and I'm going to live my life with common sense.

I do them on separate days. If I do strength training first, my cardio suffers, and vise versa.
-
I have the same thing. Try knee sleeves, they provide compression and help keep the joints warm.
-
I bought a SPUD cable pulley so I can do pulldowns, etc.
-
My Fiancee and I decided to build a home gym. Covid really put a damper on my progress. Also, I normally get to the gym during peak hours, which means having to wait. Now I don't have to pack my gym bag, and drive to and from the gym. I can listen to my music as loud as I want. I can be loud and not offend anyone. I don't…

They build grip strength, period. You can't do heavy farmers carries with a weak grip.
-
Why do Strongmen perform farmers carries?
-
I don't do any static stretching. I'll do warmup sets for my compound lifts and work up to my working sets.
-
Sorry, but no. Farmers carries will absolutely help with grip strength. Your forearms don't care in what position they are relative to bar. For example, I do farmers carries with a tractor tire. It absolutely transfers to my deadlift.
-
You use your biceps on pulling movements. Such as rows, lat pulldown, etc.
-
I put the tape over the center of my naval.

Get some liquid chalk. I personally wouldn't wear gloves unless your hands are getting torn up.
