I also do exercise that I love- I enjoying walking, some strength training(lighter weights for now), dancing, HIIT and I am always trying new things to see what i like1 -

Dave's killer bread- is a good one as well- esp. the thin sliced for 60 calories becuase to me it is calorie dense- only one slice and it s filling to me-7 -
