    I went climbing on Monday. I concentrated on overhangs, and got pumped quite quickly, so the gravity increased. I did 10 miles walk and a 1 km swim yesterday, with a post swim sauna.

    I went climbing yesterday. I was average. It was good fun; 2 hour session. I went for a swim today. I got to the gym earlier than normal, so I did 2 km. It's the furthest I've swam for a few years.
