With so little left to lose, you should be aiming to lose 0.5 to 0.75 lbs per week. faster will lead to a larger % of your weight loss coming from muscle, not just fat.3 -

that's why % are better. that person should be eating at TDEE -10-15%. 1147 to 1215 calories/day. And in this case a BMR that low the person would have to be 3 foot something and like 60lbs.1 -
