I do this too. As soon as the scale moves to my "red zone" I'm back to strict logging again. It feels like I'm cheating the system (mfp) but so far it's working.1 -

Great!! I'll be posting my first filled form on the morning of 2nd January. I only in weigh myself once a week. But daily weighers can take their weekly average.2
