Replacing oil/butter with milk when making omelettes.

At the start I used to feel fuller with less, even though I was heavier. Now I am much lighter, however, I seem to feel hungrier or at least need to eat all my given calories for the day plus any earned. Salt and salt and more salt
Whenever I decide to lose weight and I start to eat healthyly and exercise, I realise that I add more salt than usual to my food. I have no idea why but for some reason even though everything is cooked exactly the same I end up adding more salt on my own plate. Anybody else the same, or, anybody have any sugeestions…

Eating after a late work????
I have a gym class between 7-8pm and only manage to eat dinner around 9 pm- would this have a negative impact on my weight loss???

Late night cravings arghhhh!!!
I used skip breakfast and eat a large brunch and one large dinner then have snacks untill bedtime. Now, I'm making sure I have a proper breaky bla bla bla.... But I still crave for snacks(non-healthy) Anyone else????
