I've been stuck for a week. I measure and weigh my food. But, I don't weigh ALL of the solids. Like the videos showed. Your weight will drop, just stick with it. You're doing great. And fantastic job…1 -

Interesting. But once you get new clothes you'll hear "oh you're so lucky to have good genetics/metabolism because you don't have to worry about your weight". That one drives us all crazy.1 -
