I eat about 2500-3000 (sometimes more or less) and am 5'7.5" 148lb. I lift 5-6 days a week. Not trying to lose or gain weight just be healthy, strong, look and feel good.3 -
Re: Variations of the hip thrust as effective?
I do squats and deadlifts but I swear hip thrusts and maybe kick backs/ups along with weighted back extensions have been most effective for me and when I feel it most in glutes.1 -
