The minimum you should be eating is 1200 calories, and you should be eating back your exercise calories. 6-8 lbs is going to be slow weight loss. A .5 lb or less a week.2 -

Congrats on being cancer free. 13 lbs of weight loss in a month is not healthy, and things like detox teas do nothing but waste your money.4 -
