I work out at home now, but when the kids were little I took them to the Y because they would keep them for up to 2 hours and I could work out and get this .... SHOWER! It was awesome.1 -

Yes that is an excellent way to look at it. I know that I will always need to do something to maintain. I just don't think I could live at 1200 calories or at least for not long. That is a good quest…1
