I'm 180 - trying to lose 30 more pounds. I started at 190 - two weeks ago. I stay between 1000 and 1200 calories a day - one cheat meal every 5 days or so.2 -

What is your plan? I lost 50lbs in 1999 (Atkin's) - and have been playing with that loss ever since - trying different plans. I've never gotten back up to 200, but have never been at 150 again either…1
