    If you track your macros, specifically carbs you should be paying attention to your spices. I tend to be aware even if I don’t actually track them.

    I was hungry in a bottomless pit kind of way so I took NyQuil at 4:30pm and knocked myself out. In my defense I did have a cold but I know in my heart of hearts I did it so I would stop eating.
