A calorie is a unit of energy. 200 calories is equal to 200 calories and the Snickers and the chicken breast will have the same effect on weight loss/gain. Nutrition-wise, though? Yeah they're differ…31 -

Eat at least 1500 (and possibly more). 1200 won't hurt your loss, but it it can lead to muscle loss and other serious health issues from not getting adequate nutrition.1 -
Re: Cheat days?
If you were within your calories you didn't cheat on anything. Many people who do cheat days could seriously destroy their deficit for the week.4
