Old gym clothes are a case-by-case basis... If they are in excellent shape, I donate them. If they have even the slightest bit of 'gym stank' I throw them away.1 -

This. I don't normally have texture issues, but soaked chia seeds definitely have a texture issue. Totally reminds me of blood clots in test tubes. Can't bring myself to buy/drink kombucha, either.2 -

When I was in my 20's I had an eating disorder (my BMI was slightly under 18). I had a thigh gap and hip bridge, but I still didn't have a perfectly flat stomach (had a little bump under my navel)...…1
