Homemade chicken chili can really pack in a bunch of nutrients as well as high protein. Died beans, boneless/skinless chicken, and a broth of your choice. Easy and cheap ;)1 -

I tried to make homemade marinara sauce because I had an abundance of cherry tomatoes of the garden. I didn't use a recipe, but man I should have. It was too watery and too sweet1 -

Here's an example that I make. Unsalted mixed nuts (no peanuts), banana chips and pretzels. This container is about 170cals . And everything came from a bulk bin so you can buy only what you need.3 -
