I know it is really hard to hear but you have to be selfish. It is impossible to force others onto the same journey as you but you can inspire them. The people I know who lose weight and keep it off …11 -

That is really good going!! Having a rough few days but still managing to log and only had one day where I went over. Hard to stay on track when life throws you for a loop.2 -
