For what it's worth, I don't drink more than 8 oz with mine, probably not that much sometimes, and it's working just fine and haven't had to make an adjustment in years.1 -

I see "the weekend dieter" on p. 3, but does someone have the graph that illustrates how a goal that's too aggressive (1200 calories) can lead to binges and overeating for the week? :)1
