23 cups of water a day seems excessive to me. You might want to check with your doctor if you are that thirsty as excessive thirst can sometimes be a symptom of other things.5 -

Visit the thread called “what’s your NSV” in Success Stories. NSV means Non scale victory. For me, the NSV’s were excellent motivators when the scale or my eyes weren’t enough to keep me going.3 -

Don’t keep things in the house that are conducive to spontaneous boredom eating. Also keep my hands busy - I have been learning the piano, sewing, yoga, gardening.1
