As everyone else said --- you're not doing anything wrong. You just can pick and choose where your body uses fat from. It does what it needs to and you're not in control of that.3 -

That's good....just be sure to really check in with yourself and your energy level too. I used to have days I was waaaay under my calorie goal and I wasn't 'hungry'.....but I was definitely tired/ver…1
