    Thank you, thank you thank you! I thought the same, but dared not say!

    LESS = Volume/measure

    FEW = Numerical measure

    Less than 2 weeks/a fortnight
    Fewer than 14 days

    Less eight
    fewer pounds.

    Ok.

    I might get banned now.

    For sure.

    The chart is not the handiwork of anyone here (of course). We make less errors here than most places.

    The actual chart is a very good summary, especially as it includes some of the benefits of higher protein intake. Many people forget that this is a good thing about low-carb.

    That is a wonderful graph....there are misconceptions about low carb diets.

    Being a month into Atkins (old school) .. it all clicked this week I find myself not needing to eat - or thinking constantly about food. I've gone from breakfast to 4:00 p.m without eating and not giving it a second thought. Tonight at late dinner... I ate part of my entree... ordering a salad with it seemed like too much food. "Who is this person?'

    I'm losing weight because my low carb diet makes me eat less. it is another way to get into a calorie deficit.

    I used to think, low carb meant a person could eat all the fat and meat they wanted and still lose weight. Not so.. It hasn't been easy..transitioning into ketosis, but if you can get there... it is like taking a vacation from being food obsessed.

    The bold is what I like most about lchf eating.

    I do eat all the fat and meat I want and still lose weight! I just don't eat as much as I thought I would before I'm full... :smiley:

    Love the flow chart!

    I'm finding Keto making huge difference. No more rumbling tummies and thinking that I might starve to death. I've had one meal today!!!! ( 1100 calories and a low carb chocolate bar)

    There are habits of eating as well as the physical hunger. The LC has really taken care of the physical for me. It took a while to reprogram the habits.

    Are you saying you eat one meal a day? If so, what do your meals look like. I'm so tired of bingeing at night on carbs, that I've got to find some way of sticking to my 1200 calories a day without starving to death.
