30 day plank challenge

Hello lovely ladies,

who's up for a plank challenge? There are quite a few apps for that purpose. I am currently doing Intermediate Level 2 (day 17) but am thinking about starting another level simultaneously. (Advanced 1). Would any of you be interested? The app is free and the workouts are actually different types of planks that you do each day. (For example: high plank, forearm plank, reverse plank with leg raise, etc.)

    I'm doing an abs challenge (crunches) right now, and I'm on Day 11 of 30, but when I am done I want to do this plank challenge. Thanks for posting it!

    I'll bite, I am a little late but it's never too late to add some core strength. I do planks in my circuit training class, which I take 3x a week, but planks always hurt. time to get my plank on..

    Today is day 4 for me and it's a rest day. Yesterday I had 40 second plank, found that pretty hard, looks like I've a long way to go!!

    Beginner 1 days 14 and 15! I'm caught up now. Slightly OCD here so I had be on the right day. Glad not to be doing 2 or 3 a Day

    I am ashamed to say I skipped mine yesterday but had been skipping the rest days as well so technically I am ahead and will treat yesterday as my long overdue rest day, hehehe...
